Regenerative Coaching

I am a systemic-integrative Coach, trained and certified at the Center of Applied Psychology in Cologne. I work with people navigating complex life situations that have no easy solutions. I often work with high achieving, highly sensitive, gifted, or neurodivergent humans. Our work is collaborative, and exploratory.

Regenerative Coaching is the concept I have developed. Rooted in the coaching training I received, but now blended with my own ideas and learnings from client work as well as ongoing professional development.

What do we need, to get through tough times? What do we actually need less of? How can we deal with emotions, that we don´t like? How can we increase our tolerance to sensations that we experience? What to do in circumstances that are out of our control and unlikely to change any time soon? How can I “find myself” and feel safe, and grounded?

I believe, he key is not to see feeling calm and balanced all the time as an attainable goal, but to focus on the practice of shifting back to center again and again, and under all kinds of circumstances. This can be learned - even when stressed and with little energy available. From center, you can find answers, make decisions and know where to next.

Our conversations create a focused space for you to think, feel and make decisions, without getting stuck in thought loops and emotional spirals. You´ll discover new ways of understanding yourself and the world around you, and how to hold yourself in challenging situations.

I work with thoughtful questions, embodiment, breathwork and guided visualisation, gentle tools, or creative expression. We often jot things down. Embodiment to me, is very practical. Even the tiniest shift in posture can change the way your nervous system responds to a given situation. I welcome complexity, make space for silence, and offer calm guidance when needed.

Conversations usually take place online. In the Cologne-Leverkusen area, there's also the possibility of coaching during a forest walk, by arrangement.

How to book

One-to-one support is offered in cycles of 3 sessions. Sessions are typically held over the course of six weeks, and include voice-message support over the length of our work together. These cycles can stand alone or be combined until they form a well-rounded process.

Most people feel significantly more grounded after one or two cycles. Some stay longer because of the relief they experience in day to day life from having this deeply supportive space available to them.

The fee is 390 € per cycle.

To book, get in touch via post@drjohannadavies.com.

If you're looking for more immediate or drop-in support, I hold Morning Sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays which might be a good option.

Morning Sessions
Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30-8.15am CEST (GMT+2)

These morning sessions are a calming space for grief, and support in acutely challenging situations. If you feeling overwhelmed and depleted, this is a welcoming space to help you find your footing.

I bring particular expertise with fertility issues and the complexity they entail from my own path of fertility treatment and pregnancy loss.

These sessions are designed to be simple, easy to book, without tying you into long term commitments. You are welcome to book several sessions over the course of one month as needed. For longer-term work together, we can explore together whether individual coaching might be a good fit.

Sessions are held via Zoom, the fee is 50€/session.

Feel free to reach out via post@drjohannadavies.com to book. I will send you a personal note and a confirmation shortly.

Good to know:

Because my work often touches deeply personal and sensitive life experiences, such as grief and loss, fertility struggles, invisible illness, and parenting challenges I choose not to share client testimonials publicly. Respecting the confidentiality and integrity of these stories is very important to me. If you have any questions about my work, I warmly invite you to reach out via mail, book a morning session, or explore my growing collection of notes and poetry here (EN) and here (DE). We can also hop on a quick Zoom call. Feel free to send me a note!

I have completed training and certification as a systemic-integrative coach at the Center for Applied Psychology Cologne with Prof. M. Tusch. Ongoing professional development and supervision is of utmost importance to me. Even though I am a physician, this is not a medical practice, nor is it therapy. I do not give medical advice.
